George Eastman Dental Clinic was very important in the 20th century for shaping the future of dentistry across the globe. Does the founder of Kodak haunt its grounds in this old abandoned renaissance building? Many faces haunt this dispensary.

However when the sun goes down it has a whole different look as ectoplasm moves around a tree, a lady watches and follows carefully, a strange glow from afar, a figure in white and a ghost of a pirate is seen. **1st Florida Investigation**

Stetson University is Florida's first private college and one of the oldest. What mysteries surround its bell tower, grounds, and old brick buildings. Class is always in session here walk with me to one of Deland's most haunted universities. 

Athens Theatre closed for many years now almost fully restored has many untold tales of Hauntings and strange occurrences. Does the show still go on here? Feelings of being watched out back, from the main doors and moving cold spots show us that many different ghost haunt the Athens. 

The Deland Mansion may be one of the oldest historical homes in the Deland/Daytona Beach area. Abandoned for many years now inhabited by the departed and the founder of the Paranormal & Ghost Society. Many Hauntings occur here footsteps in the night, banging toilet seats, doors slamming, furniture moving around, apparitions of children, men and even a lady are seen. Volusia County Courthouse once a place where stables sat. Do the officers who perished in the line of duty haunt this place? Many different ghost haunt this historical court house. First United  Methodist Church Of  Deland one of the oldest churches in the Deland area. A haunted bell tower, moving cold spots and much mysterious surrounds this Spanish looking place of worship. Does Rev. Leete haunt the grounds or some guest just permanent members of this congregation.

Florida National Guard & Armory haunted by soldiers of the past? A haunted tank, Missile and some artillery tells us so. This armory has watched many wars and assisted in many military operations have the soldiers come home or is the war still being fought. 

Historic Deland has its fair share of ghost stories at one time a place where the Conquistadors walked, many Indian tribes roamed and eventually many battles and bloodshed occurred here. A great fire once burned down many of its shops in ashes. Take a walk with me threw history as we walk threw the dark alleys and streets of Deland.

Sans Souci House a historical home in DeLand now a place of ruins and the departed. Many mysteries surround the house such as the hanging man in the tree, a ghost that surrounds the front porch, and something moving around inside This house will bring you chills. 

Trinity United  Methodist Church is one of the largest parishes in Deland Florida but the question is that is it one of the most haunted? Feelings of being watched, a haunted playground, courtyard and a smiling face tell us the real truth behind this place of worship.

The Artisan Inn has a shady history of events but when it comes to the unseen there is no changes. Rumors of strange shadows, blue lights, pots and pans flying off the wall, and feelings of not being alone are told by many guest and employees here. Does Sara Elizabeth and the Barnhill Family watch over this restored part of Deland History.

Deland Public Library has a strange feeling of a presence that hides in the bushes. Feelings of being followed, watched and the restless that roam its walkways. This library a bigger secret then just books and knowledge! 

Florida Street  House once was the grounds of stables. Now this old house remains abandoned with many unseen friends who are heard walking with the discomfort of knowing you are the unwanted visitor. This is one house you do not want to miss as a mans face appears in the insulation to watch me carefully.

Melching Field at Conrad Park  is DeLand's newest ballpark for the Stetson Hatters. However this new ballpark was built over the old one. Does R. Dale Melching still live on to play ball along with E.R. Conrad Stetson Legends? As the old saying goes play ball or is it play dead?

Earl Brown Park has over 70 years of history. But what mysteries does this park hold? Rumors of a haunted lake, a ghost that surrounds a sign and feelings of being surrounded are just a few of the occurrences here. Does Earl Brown watch over this park dedicated in his name?

Clouds of Deland a mysterious phenomena that occurs everywhere. However strange but true many faces appear to be watching over Volusia country is this just mere coincidence or is a higher force at work here? Join us into a study where you can feel like a child all over again.

Maxwell & Irene Dixon Johnson Cultural Park is a place for many artist, leaders, and religious events. Part of the AA Museum much energy is felt on the property. Orbs of light and a dark shadow of a man are seen here. Enter the gates if  you dare and step onto the amphitheatre.       

Deland Elks Lodge a place where many come together and share merry moments. But at night when this Elks Lodge is closed a mystery surrounds this Spanish looking building. A haunted air conditioner, moving cold spots, and ghost that watch from beyond its aged willow trees are just a few of the occurrences here.

The Greater Union First Baptist Church has over a century of history. Many Reverends have changed hands over the years do some of them watch over this place of worship?

Painters Pond Park is full of many friendly unseen guest . Its murals along the jogging path and woods are enough to take your breath away. Once swamp land, then train tracks that ran threw, even  a factory that stood here later again abandoned this park has a series of events that have shaped its history. 

Deland Potters Field lays at the end of a dark wooded road. Many forgotten rest here including the nearby hospitals departed. The apparition of a lady smiling, sounds of movement, the creak of a gate and feelings of being watched are just a few of the occurrences in this sad lonely supernatural place.

The Walt's House sits on a hill covered by the thick only to remain a mystery in a poverty stricken area. High electromagnetic energy, a man and boy presence, a tremendous cold spot on the stairs are just to name a few of the occurrences here.
