The sun is starting to set and we are hiking in Union Valley where Wolf Creek splits off in multiple directions. I would have liked to have arrived earlier however we were exploring the Kongsberg area so we just arrived and took our hike to this area that is great for seeking out tracks. You can see that even though the sun is still out Wolf Creek does retain some level of shade day or night.	Dusk has set in and all that can be seen with the naked eye are the shadows of hills which surround the creek. All that can be heard is the trickling of the creek. The valley we are standing in has allot of high brush and their are parts the ground is very muddy. At night it would prove more challenging as we would have to avoid stepping into any of the channels which Wolf Creek travels through.
This cottage seems to be one of the oldest structures found at Wolf Creek. Inside the cottage the conditions are deplorable as their is allot of bird and animal droppings. I did take EVP at this cottage but was distracted later on by other sites found nearby. It appeared that this cottage served as a homestead at one time as Wolf Creek trickles just a few feet from its entrance.	This cabin village has some very old structures that appear to have been forgotten. On site there are a few cottages and cabins. There is also an outhouse on the property and even a barn. The kids seen a snake over by one of the channels of Wolf Creek which trickles past allot of these old wooden structures. I also found a set of impressions the first one appears to have toe impressions as if something was standing in the corral looking into the cabins. At one time the smell of food cooking would draw in curiosity from the local animals perhaps including even Bigfoot.
The Iceberg wilderness is a region much similar to the Alps as many parts of it stay under snow all year long. In this case we are traversing along the river to an area full of rock formations. Some of the areas we are hiking can only be reached via foot. The Wolf Creek area borders the Iceberg Wilderness which in my opinion is one of the most alluring areas of the entire Sierras.	Hiking at this location gives off a feeling that you are in paradise as meadows of colorful flowers, rocks the size of houses and scenic views that look as if they are eternal are only some of the benefits of hiking at this location. More then often hiking at this location gives off vibes that you are journeying into a lost world.
Now that is dedication if we all could hike through this region this fast Bigfoot would have already been founded. Were almost at the crossroads which is an area where the trail splits four different ways with each way bringing rewards. Jarrod decides to take off without me and find Bigfoot we wish you luck godspeed lol.	These giant rock formations were formed during the last glacier ice age. Some of them are bigger then houses as they grace the Wolf Creek trail further on the hike along the river. This was one of my most favorite parts of this hike is being able to walk amongst these ruins of giant rock.
This is a good video of the trail that we hiked along outside of Wolf Creek. Its probably one of the best hiking trails I been on in years. It follows the River for miles amongst giant rock formations and a dense forest. We would have to start hiking back as a second trail awaited us much similar to this one. The area is just vast and along the trail there is an area with many rock cliffs with animal dens. Anything can be living in those dens as we feel watched hiking in this part of the trail.	The upper Wolf Creek trail is a much more exhilarating hike then the Wolf Creek Trail. This trail follows a narrow mountain side path only eventually to come out near the river in a lush valley full of forest and wildlife. The views along the upper trailhead are stellar and extremely secluded.
It is views like these that make hiking the Upper Wolf Creek trail worthwhile. Below is a vast canyon of forest and although you cannot see it the river runs up the canyon. This trail eventually leads down into the canyon to a very eerie dark forest where anything can be roaming here even possibly Bigfoot.	I filmed this video at the bottom of the canyon the same one you can see in our previous video. The only difference is we followed the trail down into a forested area where the sunsets light barely reaches. I can hear the river not to far off we were the only one for miles out here minus a few gun shots we heard off in the distance. We would break in this area prior to leaving for home. Its an area we will return in the future night or day. This is an area I would do Bigfoot calls at to our surprise it was pretty quiet up here not even a single animal.

This is a nightvision video of our night hike on the upper creek trail outside of Wolf Creek. This is such a dense area of forest that it seems darker then most areas we have hiked at during the night. We had to take our time because the trail does follow some dropoffs and at times it gets very narrow.	These drop-offs are all along parts of the upper creek trail until you reach the Carson River. We are heading back so at night its a bit more trickier to traverse this trail. In this video I stand right along the edge of one of the drop-offs which is a steep hill that ends at a cliff. We all had pretty decent lights however the forest seemed to even consume them in this area. The trail is steepening as we are making our way out of this canyon.
This old gate is minutes from where we parked our truck it was a good sign to finally see it knowing that. Allot of areas throughout the sierras are gated which in turn keeps the animals in and the cattle out.	EVP Exploration 2 This EVP was captured on the high trail near a steep dropoff. It appears to be someone speaking in what I believe is German please feel free to send your thoughts and email them to me so we can add them to this section. Our EVPs work better with IE however our site is best viewed with firefox since firefox auto aligns our material. My son was busy talking to me about flashlights when this EVP came through. Its very authentic and it is a voice we do not recognize on the recorder.
