I hope everybody had a safe and kick ass Labor Day weekend I know ours was filled with a classic Lord Rick paranormal adventure as we traveled out to hidden valley. I must say it never ceases to amaze me at how many jewels are hidden in the Mojave desert. This little adventure would take us to 5 locations as we toured St. Thomas Historic Cemetery, Nickel Creek Ravine Plant, Hidden Valley Homestead, Moapa Post Office and Hidden Valley Dairy.  We also had a few bonus stops which heightened our night into a series of odd to hilarious events.
 
I am rather excited at the fact that I am approaching 900 investigations quite a mile stone in my career but more importantly the next few months we are cooking up some really awesome paranormal locations. I am excited that we can bring you some unique locations as well as share my finds. Anyhow.....Hidden Valley is up near the Moapa Indian reservation its a very old area not to far away from where the Anasazi once dwelled. Their are no Walmarts or gas stations just miles of mountains, valleys and dirt roads leading to many forgotten locations.
 
It would be a night filled with adventure....strangeness.....and allot of exploration. With Halloween approaching us we want to bring our viewers some of the most spooky locations possible. We also want those television producers to eye our work and understand that our work is all original. So this Labor day weekend we sought off to give you guys an adventure much like my days when we first opened our organization a decade ago almost.
 
Tammy and I got together with a friend prior to the investigation. We both were getting exciting their is always this feeling of anxiousness when you know your just a couple hours away from venturing into the night. Most of Tammys friends are rather intrigued with what I do and they all watch my show....browse my site and this is why we do it we do it for our friends. So everytime I go out I never expect anything to happen it just does happen maybe because we take that extra step to offroad in places most do not dare venture into and it produces us very good results.
 
Tammy and I stocked on up with supplies due to the fact that some of the areas we visit are secluded so food and water are essential. I feel that if our members took time to donate supplies and some funding I would not feel that the general public mooches off of me but sadly it is a fact. We spend hours promoting other paranormal groups....helping others on a daily basis.....and we put out some of the best paranormal evidence in the world end of story.
 
So every report from now on is going to remind the general public along with the thousands of lurkers within our forums who rely on me to do all the posting....pay all the website cost....buy all the equipment including pay for film.....travel cost....replace broken things etc etc while raising 3 boys and dealing with a bunch of rude people ungrateful people across the world who do not realize the hard work I put into this so yeah hard cold facts nothing more nothing less
 
We had not been out for a couple weeks we had to replace some of our equipment from that treacherous investigation we did up at Lake Mead a couple of weeks ago. I know though the work we do is not for nothing as my journeys have taken me to places that go even beyond the paranormal. We see things we cannot explain but not much has changed like our earlier days when we were based in NY. We still run into crazy Santas.....blood thirsty hounds.....and even eerie ghost!
 
When we left Vegas we would journey through the Valley Of Fire a place that I visited over a year ago where I seen my first skinwalker perhaps even an alien being. I have come to realize that anywhere surrounding the Valley Of Fire is rather strange period and that is where we would journey is a place not to far from this valley known for its strange lights and history.
 
Tammy and I have already planned out our next trip which would also take us out this way again in a couple weeks. So if you enjoy this report you probably are going to enjoy more work we put out as we finish our touring by Halloween.
 
So our journey would begin at a place I spent allot of time looking for. It actually is a cemetery that was relocated from the flood waters of St. Thomas. The issue was however the cemetery is kept rather on the down low as its historical and its a little bit of a tricky find. For one the cemetery exist in a private location one where residents have sheet metal walls...abandoned vehicles on their property.....and high vegetation all over the road.
 
Being I visited this location a few times I never came up with its actual location till this Labor Day weekend. I guess they say a third time is a charm and so I bring you our first to many locations of the night starting off with St. Thomas Historic Cemetery.
 
St. Thomas Historic Cemetery
 
When we drove over the railroad tracks I thought to myself how eerie this road was that we had to take to get to the burial ground. About a year and half ago I was on this road and remembered seeing all sorts of junk scattered along the road. I seen abandoned vehicles......debris.....piles of wood etc its definitely not the nicest road to travel down and if anybody ever ventures here please stay in the vehicle.
 
We got about a half of mile down the road and their was a 200lb American Bulldog in front of these gates which had these evil looking tiki poles. The property was fenced very high and covered with sheet metal to keep public eyes out. Someone went through allot of trouble protecting their property not sure I would even want to know.
 
The dog started chasing the car not sure what it is but this is the third incident I have had within a couple of months with big dogs. Tammy and I did not stop we kept going down the dirt road found another road which took us up a hill to the cemetery.
 
I was a little displeased that this was a historic cemetery yet the gate at the entrance was torn off....with a wheel barrel tipped upside down at the entrance. I also noticed big tire tracks that drove right over some of the grave sites as if someone off roaded right in the cemetery itself.
 
I have to admit this place was not very people friendly as desert brush consumed some of the graves while other sites had signs such as sold or reserved. As I walked around the loop within this place their was a car that passed behind the cemetery. The cars wheels were spinning as if it were stuck. Later on that very same person was driving all over the desert shooting guns off.
 
I kept a rather soft light low to the ground we wondered what kind of person would drive around shooting guns out of their vehicle window. In between this cars gun patrols I was able to visit every grave site but it took a little time.
 
The first site we visited was that of a child their was a little knickknack with birds and a poem. I expected to see many old stones here but what actually happened or appeared to have happened is when the graves were relocated here the also got new stones. So most of the cemetery looked rather new despite the fact that it wasn't that well kept up.
 
We found a few benches that had carved on them St. Thomas including a flag pole with a memorial plaque. The stones around the flag pole were piled up naturally. Two grave sites were just piles of rocks while most were just concrete slabs or frames surrounding sand with a small headstone.
 
Their was some plastic piping which irrigated what looked like newly planted trees near some of the grave sites. You could hear the water quietly trickling to some of these trees irrigating them. At one grave site the stone was turned the wrong way while another one had a tiny flag and a few broken stones. While two other grave sites had a giant rock with an epitaph carved into it.
 
Strangely parts of the cemetery had chain link fencing while parts of it did not. Behind the cemetery was all these sandy roads going off into the desert. I could see where some trucks just drove from the back of the cemetery right up to grave sites. During that time off in the distance I could hear a lady talking real loud at a house down the road.
 
Despite the poor conditions of the cemetery many of the stones had fresh flowers but a majority of them were fake as well due to the deserts summer harshness. I took allot of photos and some EVPs our journey here would be cut short though when the local in his car decided to come speeding at us at about 50 mph all we could see is headlights coming at us like stuntman Mike lol. I hurried up opened the doors and we begin a very hasteful ride out of this place trust me we were spotted by the person shooting their guns off and this time they took interest in us. I live for this I am sure they were having as much fun as I was looking for ghost in the cemetery.
 
When we went down the road Tammy spotted the Tiki statues in front of this big metal gate. Tammy told me about the statues as I seen the dog guarding the gate calmly his head following the car. I was making a movie after passing this place when I pulled over the train tracks onto the main road. I then thought about it did a uturn and when right back down the road taking a couple photos to show the public that their are dangers in what we do.
 
I am a self producer so we produce our own live photos and videos based on reality no acting just the reality of adventuring to amazing destinations and strange places. I know their are some who sugar coat things we never do the reality of adventuring is that their are sacrifices and their are rewards. But what thing I learned that their is never a dull moment and I enjoy the thrills just as much as I enjoy learning new things. Nevada has me convinced that its one of the top strange states in the country based on my last two years here I have seen some crazy things.
 
Anyhow this time around the dog was not so nice I went to turn around with the car as he watched me close and he vanished emerging by my window out of the darkness. As I turned around the dog put his head right onto the top of the car that is how high he stood and he looked me in the eyes. He did move for me seemed like a pretty good boy but pretty intimidating and I got us out of this place real fast.
 
 I did take a photo of the dog these are just some of the things we as paranormal investigators encounter. We want people to know if you vandalize this cemetery their is someone shooting guns....tire tracks all over the graves from a monster truck.....and a pretty big dog just a couple hundred feet from the cemetery. I noticed the cemetery had some vandalism its sad and perhaps the public needs to be aware how important it is to preserve all locations whether they are abandoned, historical, haunted or just play cool. That is what we are all about and some of us are lucky to see such places that may not look or be the same one day.
 
Before I go any further I was reminded of the story I read about the amateur ghosthunter who was killed on a train trestle by an oncoming train. I guess the trestle was haunted so a group went to check it out. I have nothing but respect for those who are fearless in their work for some of us it is the only thing that can lead us to the truth. The truth of a paranormal world that surrounds you and me. Hell maybe it is just odd coincidence but our journeys can take us to anywhere and we like to share them with you.  Some of us are better then others at what we do while some of us will almost do anything to learn the truth. Lets face it when the sun goes down the night reveals to us a different life and increased paranormal occurrences as well.
 
I thought so far the night heated up nicely though we got to see a hidden cemetery very few get to visit.....had a guy shooting his gun off chasing us as his vehicle was revving up towards us ......and a dog that almost ate us good stuff real good stuff because its real. I am glad that I got to visit here though the cemetery will be put out onto our site along with the ghost towns exploration from a couple weeks ago. Rest assured we will go through hell and back to get you guys the story. Not sure what is with St. Thomas some might say its a curse remember a couple weeks ago the flood....lightening....and our escape out of the bluffs umm yeah St. Thomas = Lord Rick Madness haha its okay laugh I am.
 
The wood skull statues well that is something you do not see to often but nonetheless it just adds to the eeriness of the investigation. Is this cemetery on the hill haunted who knows their is a right time and place for everything just not for us this time around. Not every place that we visit is haunted but since were an adventure group will put this one in the books and move on to a bigger paranormal journey into the unknown.
 
After a visit at the cemetery Tammy and I would visit down the road a reservoir. We had to hike on in and well that didn't turn out to good because we almost got bit by a rattle snake. We heard its rattle go off as we passed by some brush and rocks. We had to also climb down these sharp rocks was actually hoping to find a baby turtle for my son afterall I got more food then the desert offers lol. The reservoir was just a little breather before we had to head on to our next location which would be The Nickel Ravine Plant. This area turned out to be a well rounded off roading, hiking and climbing adventure.

The cemetery is very rural so many people in an area like this have big dogs. This American Bulldog checked us out when were driving down the dirt road which led to the cemetery. When we wrapped up the investigation this boy came right up to my window so I grabbed his photo. In situations like these its better to drive then it would be to walk the roads out here.

These totems seem to be guarding a residence anyhow I thought they were an odd find not something you see driving down a dark secluded road.  They are also not to far from the cemetery so indeed it was an odd site. The area is full of abandoned vehicles someone was shooting a gun near the cemetery then we have the whole guard on the road. Your basically seeing what I seen when I slowly drove by snapping the pictures. The totems seem to be guarding a private residence but to me it looks more like a compound with very high fences. Now that you see such sites like these would you walk the dirt road that leads to this burial ground?
