The Mount Tallac trail does go about 9.5 miles more or less I was just honored to hike here. On the other side of Tallac we had back in 2011 a very eerie experience. This time we would be taking the high road along this beast of a mountain. Anything could be here as we would enter the vastness. Tallac is noted to be one of the best areas to view Lake Tahoe from but I have stood on a few peaks that made me appreciate any stellar views in this region. We would start off in the ElDorado/Tahoe forest. Keep in mind during the filming of this expedition my cameras zoom broke so in this entire series whenever I zoom in our out its going to sound like someone farting sorry! After this journey we did get the issue fixed thank good news for protection plans!	As you began to ascend into the Desolation Wilderness you will leave behind two great majestic Lakes that being Tahoe and Fallen Leaf. Both bodies of water are bluer then the sky. Strangely one has a Lake Monster while the other is so woodsy that Bigfoot could roam its shores based on reports we received. Off in the distances you can see the Carson Range and high sierras this is just a small part of this range thus the area is very vast.

The higher you descend along Mt.Tallac the denser the wilderness becomes. This is where you lose sight of the lakes your leaving behind and heading into a mixed forest. A forest filled with massive rocks and heavy vegetation. At times you feel like this area is a place where something could jump out at you its pretty cool! Did you know the Desolation Wilderness is one of the biggest Sasquatch hot spots in the country? We had an experience once on the other side of Tallac.	I am sorry I made a mistake one of my research papers called this place floating island lake however it is not. Its actual real name is floating isle lake! The reason they call it that is because of the soft sod that breaks away from the shoreline floating on the lake or so it seems. This means this lake which is more pond like continues to expand.

Surrounding Cathdral Peak is a very dense forest then again the Desolation Wilderness to me is like a lost world. I actually nearly stood on this peak so for me its a special place but its very dangerous dare devils who wish to climb the cliffs find out that this is one of the most challenging in the country. Also some deaths have occurred here however at the bottom of the peak lays a place called Cathedral Lake.	After was passed the first lake I was in for a surprise at however Cathedral Peak overshadowed this very small but deep blue paradise. Surrounding the lake there were many rocks and vegetation as you approach its northern shore. However on the other shore to the south you can climb that ridge up to a vista point which you can see in the next clip in this series.

I think that the message I carry is one that speaks of equality but also treating others with respect. To many our to judge but to really see or know me is to understand that climbing these rocks to enjoy this view is worth sharing with my friends and viewers. Were doing it up even many years later and were not planning on quitting this my friends is adventure!

Below the cliffs along Cathedral Lake I found this tent stake its more of a comedy video because I was just messing around here when I seen it. This is the area I had a picnic at its paradise that is the only way to describe it and besides I could horseplay back here lol.	Not saying its paranormal a deer or even bear could have clawed up this rock. Just as we cannot dismiss that a Bigfoot like creature could have used the rock to file down its nails or use a secondary rock as a way to communicate with other ones in the area. We must always keep an openmind even if it turns up as nothing paranormal everything found I will always document as honestly as possible.

It was time to leave alas thus we would began our descent into a higher vegetative area leaving behind us Cathedral Peak and Lake. This area is so lush and beautiful even though it was not the top of Tallac we were fairly high above Lake Tahoe which is something only the blessed get to experience it was hard to leave.	The problem is when we have mild winters in the sierras it leaves the ground very hard. But in some cases when on or even off a trail you might find allot of rocks ranging from full granite slabs to decomposed granite. Either way this is no area to find Sasquatch tracks more then likely one would have to really head off the path in the wilderness to remotely find any chance of evidence this creature roams this area.

Lake Tahoe and Fallen Leaf are two really great bodies of water the view from this area is amazing because you can see both of them. Its possible that at one time when the water was higher in Tahoe that it morphed with Fallen Leaf Lake. Lake Tahoe is not only the site of lake monster Tessie but its a UFO hotspot here as well.	Were in an area of forest where some of the trees may be the oldest surrounding Tallac so I refer to it as a bit like the jungle. The early bird gets the worm and so do I lol. We were hiking off of Tallac so it was time to sort of let loose enjoy some nice treats and nature along the way.

This is for my friends and viewers this little vista point we found that protrudes out onto a plateau is for my viewers. This is a million dollar view and the whole reason why we continue to do what we do. We want to bring this paradise into your homes. Just standing here alone one can see not only two great lakes but many vast peaks and mountain ranges.	Tammy seems to be the one to always get attacked by a bug however I tried to scare her told her she has Morgellons disease. This is a pretty funny video now and then you have to bust someones ass on your adventure team lol sorry Tammy!


If you really want to put the area into perspective check out this grand view as to our right we have these massive peaks that overshadow Emerald Bay. Then to the very left or westward we have the majestic Tallac Peak. This is a vast area when people ask how does Bigfoot remain elusive well maybe this video will answer that question.	The Tallac Historic site consist of the Baldwin, Tevos/Pope and Valhalla Estates. It was the grandest resort in the country as the wealthy would come here to enjoy the soft pristine sands of Lake Tahoe and its blue waters while relaxing. Today the rustic cabins, estates and remnants of the past service as a museum below Mt. Tallac and this is a small compilation of the grounds. We hope in the future to bring you more of the estates at another time more in depth.
