I like Aretha Franklin (a classic) and Rhianna. Marilyn Manson has a few good ones too.

Oh my God I like Joe Satriani too. My son in law loves him and made me listen to him and I've liked him ever since. |

I so recommend you listening to the surfing with the alien album...get stoned off ya tits and lay back and listen..there are no vocals just music and the best guitar you will ever hear. Lay there with your eyes shut and your mind will make its own stories up (best tripping music too) I just got it to inspire my son to do his guitar ppractise...don't want to nag him to do it or it will just ruin guitar for him

I love Joe Satriani, his music also inspires me to stick with learning the guitar, along with some others like Slash, Eddie Van Halen, Angus Young-can't forget him, and my uncle Butch who is one of the best unknown lead guitarists I have ever heard. As far as right now, I'm currently listening to one of my most favorite bands, they are out of Finland, H.I.M or HIS INFERNO MAJESTY. My wife also keeps me going on the guitar by not getting mad, but enjoying the stuff I'm starting to learn. |
