Old Church Cemetery

We had to enter Edgewood Cemetery to even get to the Old Church Cemetery. It was pretty dark in here and as we walked further into the darkness we came across a high fence surrounding what appeared to be some fairly old graves. It is obvious that some of these graves may be even older then the ones in Edgewood or were part of Edgewood at one time.

Their was a small metal sign on the chain link fence then another sign at the entrance which was tightly chained up. The team stayed back and I took Aaron with me in here.

I could not believe how historical and old this cemetery is definitely 1800s. But the graves here were very different from many other cemeteries. Many of the stones were surrounded by rings of rocks, some grave stones had a oval slap of stone in front of them, while other tombstones were real narrow and tall. Many stones were worn, leaning and even broke. I got the impression that many graves were unmarked and perhaps even missing stones.

The cemetery did not have alot of activity in it but I do recall turning slowly to my right and seeing what appeared to be a black shadow running at super high speed. Something was in this cemetery with us no doubt their. The level of coldness was double that of Edgewood Cemetery even.

We quietly left the cemetery but before that someone wobbling and walking went past the cemetery on the residential side. He did not even notice us just standing their staring at him so it was obvious this person was probably drinking. We just stood still watching then we left only to enter back into Edgewood Cemetery.
