Nickerson House
 
The Nickerson House was investigated a few years back by Christi when she captured ectoplasm in the master bedrooms closets. She told me about various activity their so of course I wanted to get the house investigated before I left for home here.
 
Although I spent a week in the house I experienced very little activity. I did tend to feel uneasy with the back door walkway at night. I always felt watched even when I was hot tubbing.
 
I pretty felt like the ghost that was here perhaps hid out in the yard and walkway leading to the house. I slept pretty good at night but could feel a family type of presence at the house. After hearing a few stories about some occurrences here I decided to investigate the home briefly.
 
I remember one morning waking up and being told that a ghost was sighted which looked like Christi. It walked right into the living room towards the back room where the hot tub was yet Christi came into the living room from an opposite direction.
 
Also I believe while we were there a gray like figure was seen inside the house moving around. The cat while I was there appeared to keep looking at something that was not there perhaps something ghostly but it was startled like it seen a ghost.
 
Late my last night I did do one walk around outside the house and when I started working with the unseen it became extremely cold and something was moving around. I did notice a presence following me and from my photos it seemed to only stay around the front gate and walkway which is very dark at night.
 
For some reason it would not follow me in the back yard or the other side of the house I do not know why. I was told it may be the ghost of an ex mafia member named Mr. Kam who was not ready to go and perhaps visits now and then. I noticed when I called his name I got a pretty intense response with a lot of activity so its possible.
 
I did take some photos and it seemed that there is at least one ghost that haunts this house peacefully that is my conclusion. I did take a few photos before I left for the airport and the activity was very high but I did not have enough time to take to many.
