The Loganbill Ranch has been around for nearly a century with 6 remaining structures. It is a historical wonder and an example of early ranching along the high sierras. We do not have allot of information about the ranch but what I can tell you is this.

A couple born in the early 1900's lived out there days here named Roy and Gladys. Roy passed away around 1969 and our research shows that Gladys did in 1996. I am almost sure she lived out her days at the ranch and it appears that overtime it was let go. Many of the structures are overran with rats while others are collapsing. At one time the property was vandalized as graffiti is found in the house. It is also obvious that whatever valuable were left behind someone stole as every structure is littered with books, papers, magazines and turned over furniture.  I read a newspaper dating back to the early 1900s in the home and see allot of content from back when I was a kid. Its history at its best paranormal investigating for our team goes beyond just searching for ghost!

At one time Gladys had a caretaker living on the property to keep it from becoming vandalized the downside to all of this was that everyone was older and most of them are now buried at the cemetery up the road. I know because I visited some of their graves and found a letter written by Gladys before her passing.

This in my opinion is probably one of the MOST haunted ranches I have ever investigated. There is NOT a single area we did not get readings or something of the paranormal. Everytime I talked to Roy and Gladys readings went through the roof. Everytime I investigated something certain such as an old washer or Gladys's dresses the EMF would go off for minutes at a time. This is their house and their land even after death.

We put this haunting investigation together as a Thanksgiving 2011 special we want others to know their is life after death. This is an old ranch with allot of history and prior to this couple living here there were others. More then likely there was a grandchild as we found a crib in the living room of the house. Just as the guest house had three separate beds. It was obvious their were others who tended to the pastures and property at one time.

Today the ranch sits very overgrown with high grass, tall trees and heavy brush. There is allot of wildlife especially at night here such as coyotes, owls, raccoons, foxes, big cats and even hawks. Its kind of ironic how nature tends to reclaim everything overtime the longer it sits in desolation.

Today the couple is buried up the road from what I found out they rather spend more time on there ranch locking there gates then at their burial ground. We had noticed that the grave of Gladys has no date of death. We think it is because she was remarried and may have been married next to another man she married.

One could picture Gladys in her kitchen baking a pie or Roy locking up the barn. Today the activity continues even after death sadly this ranch isn't salvageable accept for the ghost that haunt it.  We invite you to watch our movies and examine our evidence of the case we built here. It truly is amazing how active the property is and responsive the entities are at the ranch. This perhaps may be one of the most haunted ranches in the state of California in my opinion!
