Hibernia Munitions Ruins
 
We parked the truck right in front of the first set of ruins. Most of them were overgrown with trees and brush. This was my first encounter with these vines in Jersey that grow thorns. I have never seen a plant like this but they are sharp enough to penetrate shoes and jeans so we had to climb through all of it.
 
I give Adam credit for sharing this find with us I believe that these ruins are what I researched when I read about Hibernia I just did not know they were for Munitions. We hiked all over the hills checking out various ruins then we climbed up a wall which led us to a doorway and another wall on top of that.
 
Eventually we made our way along the wall and their was a 15 foot drop off for a hundred feet and we could see giant castle like walls that surrounded the entire property. This is the type of place I would have rather gotten to during the day so I could see more of the area. I heard their were also cliffs and mountains nearby but at night its hard to see anything out here.
 
The wall was amazing though all I can describe it as is stones and brick walls going off in all different areas. I felt like I was in some castle ruins walking all around. I did not take a lot of photos I rushed this investigation cause we were way past the dinner hour.
 
We tried to head on out to our next location for the night and I figured on the way their we would probably find some restaurant since it was near some main roads. That we did...we found a diner it was very cozy and the food was great. I ordered a Philly cheese steak loaded with onions and buffalo wings. Of course Andrew lectured me on that as well saying he does not know why I am eating so much or ordered two meals. I guess I was starting to see this trip as a dictatorship sad to say but I am Italian I love to eat if anybody has a problem with it then they should not have gone on the trip.
 
When I was sitting in the diner a Chinese girl across from me was eating she was a cutie. I kept staring at her I looked bad had a bad bruise on my shin from rocks up at pyramid mountain, my pink hair was all messy, etc she was smiling at me constantly and I was flirting with her it was just one of those things it made my night I guess. I felt really awful my infection was hurting me I was very weak and I had about 6 cups of coffee and two glasses of ice water. I ordered a giant apple turn over to go figured I would eat it for breakfast when I woke up.
 
After a good hot meal I could have gone on the rest of the night you show me food Ill show you production lol. We then headed on off to the ghost town of Waterloo.
