Tonight was a very warm starry night great for investigating and it was nice to see that Nick was feeling better and helped out investigating three very interesting places. We set off quite late tonight which is a good thing as far as focusing goes, listening on various noises Etc. It was so nice to finally have someone from the group come out and lend a hand plus as I said before its safer that way. Anyhow we investigated Deer Foot Run, Hollywood Cemetery and Lincoln Cemetery all turned to be great prospects for future investigations as we do plan on returning to them. We started off with Deer Foot Run and so our adventure begins here.

Deer Foot Run

We decided to park at the beginning of this 1000 meter country road and walk entirely up it back. The road was quite peaceful although on my digital you could clearly see at times dozens of orbs appearing one photo I think I captured over twenty orbs just a few hundred feet from Nick's truck.  It felt quite comfortable at first but we passed many ranches and large houses which sat very far back in the woods. One of the houses had some dogs barking at us till we managed to pass by. 

There was maybe one street lamp on this dirt road it went off and came back on I cannot rule out the supernatural but ghost do signal people in the oddest ways. I did not see much but a few times I looked back felt like something was always behind us usually I tend to be right. At one time I remember hearing some movement in the bushes could be an  animal but it followed along with us for about 15 feet then stopped.

Nick and I approached a part of the road which became very narrow and hilly. It was a private road at this point but I wanted to push on perhaps to find the clues to the horrific incident that took place here years ago. I perhaps wanted to test my abilities rather. I did not like the private road there was alot of brush, tree roots coming out of the ground.  Eventually we passed an area that did not feel right it was open but also woodsy. It looked like a party spot and this area seem to make me very uncomfortable.

We passed it and went up to where the road dead ended there was a large house way off in the distance so we turned around. We came back to the open area seen a car heading down the road and hid in the woods. Sort of reminded me of the old days back in NY when we did Delaware St hiding behind trees lol. But Nick did address something that the ground back here was very spongy it almost felt as if we were walking on dead bodies. But again this area seemed to be where perhaps the incident to the murder took place or at least some connection to it.

We started to head back the power lines set off the EMF detector just as they set it off when walking up the road. We made it about half way back when Nick seen something black fly past him. He said it could have been a bird or bat but he also addressed something which is true. Where was the sound of this thing it was completely silent no flapping, screeching NOTHING at all. So its quite possible he seen something supernatural in nature my back was turned I felt a little cold in that area.

We did eventually make our way back to the truck the road gave me alot of mixed feelings certain areas were nice other areas were just so dark and uncomfortable it was almost suffocating me in some ways. Nick asked me if i was glad i did not have to do this road alone and the answer is a big yes because with roads like these anything can happen. Perhaps this is just one of them roads that has that mysterious feel to it but you just cannot pinpoint it. I did notice my batteries were drained which has not happened in quite sometime during my recent investigations. Then we headed off to Hollywood Cemetery.

Tonight was a very nice night with clear skies in which you can see 
many stars. It was great getting out after an illness that kept me 
from investigating with Rick for a couple weeks. This is my first 
report so bare with me:

Deerfoot Run

I parked my truck at end of the road so we could walk this nice but 
eerie dirt road. A street light turned off and after a min or 2 came 
on Rick said it could be a spirit warning us. There were a few house 
set back pretty far from the road but was very quit till we walked 
by a house with dogs and what a racket. The EMF detector went to 
red...at 1st we could not figure it out why it was doing this. Rick 
was taking pictures and calling out her name. After a couple minutes 
we saw a power line which might of caused this but Rick did get some 
pics of Orbs. We hit a private road and went down it till we ran 
into a place that looked like parties were held...Rick had bad 
feeling about place but we continued to it dead ended. On way back 
we saw a car coming up the road. thinking it was a cop we ran into 
the wood in the dark (turned off lights) tripping over vines and 
roots. We stopped for a couple min till I noticed car was gone (it 
wasn't a cop but someone who live on private road returning home. On 
way back to road I noticed that ground was spongy cause we were 
sinking into ground some...hasn't rained that much to cause this. 
This was a weird feeling but we didn't spend time investigating this 
further maybe next trip back. On way back it was pretty quite till I 
noticed something coming out of the tree on one side of road heading 
to other side. It was pretty fast and did not make noise like a bird 
or another animal. It was dark and fast so only got a few second 
glimpse. We finally reached my truck and Rick got a few pics with 
Orbs in it like they were chasing us. Rick was glad he wasn't alone 
on this one road was pretty creepy.
