One other Truly Interesting thing did happen today; I met a Gentleman that is a Tunesmith of the Guitar kind, that is offering to perhaps make our Cause (My Historical Organization) into a Music CD Album Recording, that we can have sold to raise money for our Cause.
I will have to solidify the deal and get a Contract done to accomplish this, but it looks as if we are on our way!
Also, the Local Book Store here is filling thier Store with Billy the Kid Information, Books and Movies!
They are helping a lot of people and making it just so that I don't have to go down to Santa Fe as Often for Research, except in a way of Minor Photos and Paperwork and maybe once over to ABQ for DNA Testing to Prove my Link by Blood.
The Doors continue to Open!
Also, I found an Office Space that is 3,000 Sq. Ft. that is plenty of Room for my Office, Gift Shop and Organization Store, Meeting Space and Research Room.
The sign in the Window said that the Utilities are Included.
However, I have called the Land Lord to find this out and Confirm it.
I am now playing the Waiting game to find out.

Dont forget to have a little area where people can sit down eat some of your cake. Hell if I ever visit there ill even stop in for some too:) any business is good business then we can go investigating. Actually I do have plans to visit Roswell eventually how close are you to where the UFO crashed back in 1947?

I most certainly will! You were Reading my Mind! ;)
I am WAY North of that.
They are in the Southern Region of NM.
Around Ruidoso, Lincoln and those Areas.
To go see that Crash Site, we would have to get permissions from the Ranch Owner and his Family.
My Cousins, the Brazels were who Discovered the Crash Site.
Which I think is pretty Cool! 8-)

Thats cool but...there is a second area of the crash site I think they call it the ridge that might be a more interesting venue to check into. I dont think the ranchers would mind some visitors though in the area they get them all the time I am sure during the festival. I been wanting to go to that festival for awhile.

Hopefully, they will cotton to us looking on the site at thier Property. To ask Permissions is still best, regardless of what they will or will not allow.
If one is not aware of the Laws through this State, then it could win one nothing more than a Backside Full of Buckshot.
Since I know the Ranching Lingo, Let me do the Talking and I think I can make us some Fast Friends and Allies. ;)
The more Allies in this State that you have, along with Friends, the better off one is.
I have won my share of Enemies throughout the Southern Region of this State due to some Disputes with some of the Local Families and people they are allied with down south, due to the Entire Billy the Kid thing.
Roswell is not much different from that.
The more Friends and Allies, the Better, the more Enemies and Anti's, the worse.
Hope that you know how to Saddle and Ride your own, we might get a Horsebacking Treck into that area, as most is Rugged Terrain that only Horses or ATV's can get to.
Plus, I have some Friends at a Local Truck Stop and Cantina/Restaraunt there at Roswell.
Using my Local Connections there, I might be able to get us "in the Door" for this as most everyone knows everyone else there.
Be sure to get Saddle Bags known as "Mochillas," and pack at least a day's worth of Dry Provisions (Biscuits, Beans, Jerky, Coffee and maybe some Rock Candy) and some Canteens of Water, a Day's worth of Clothes and Wild Rags (You'll understand why once there), Cowboy Boots in such areas are a MUST, along with Sturdy Jeans and Shirts with Long Sleeves.
Walkie Talkies and a Cowboy Bedroll are also necessities in such Rugged Areas.
Be prepared for a Real Cowboy Journey!
Just because one is going in search of Aliens, does not mean that one should not be prepared for Rugged Country that is Harsh and Unforgiving.
Just thought you should know to be Forewarned.

Rick Honey, Being a Cowboy is more than just a Tune that someone performed or a place of being, it is a state of being, tests someone's Mental and Physical as well as Emotional Toughnesses above all else.
It is something that stays with a person throughout thier Life.
It is something that someone is from Birth, something that someone can become, but not without Training and Learning. It is a Process that takes time. It is a School of Hard Knocks.
It takes Years to learn the Basics, if not the Ropes.
I suggest you start Reading and Absorbing Everything that you can on this subject matter, start getting around Horses and Cattle.
Learn Riding Skills, most specially. You're going to need it for Roswell!
Watch Cowboy U and Ty Murray's Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge on CMT. You will see there what I am talking about First Hand.
For that matter, Watch the City Slickers Movies. You will see what it takes to transform from a City Dude to a Hired Hand.
As well, start to subscribe to a Magazine called Western Horseman, Subscribe also to getting the Videos that they put into that Magazine. These will give you the Low Down and Dirty of what it takes to become a REAL Cowboy!
I have been a Cow Woman from the day that I was first put upon this Earth, but did not become it until I was 13 years old.
There are 5 types of Cow Persons; 1.) Cowboy, 2.) Cowgirl, 3.) Cow Man, 4.) Cow Woman, 5.) Cow Hand.
There is also the Higher Ops such as Ranch Owner, Trail Boss, Waddie, Ramrod and Hired Hand.
These are Not just "Old Cliches." These are a way of Life.
This still exists here in New Mexico, especially in the Southern part of the State.
There are still many Large Spreads and Cow Outfits.
Although these are fast disappearing as Industry Encroaches or buys them out.
So, to know what should be and what is, is Vital to knowing the Ranching and Cowboy way of Life.
Just warning you now, start Learning! Trust me - You WILL Need it!
This is not just some City Boy, Sissyfied Walk in the Park!
This is Hard Work!
