Well its about 5am and I am finally home and beat tired we sure spent a long time tonight investigating. This is our second return for those who are new to the group. We got in the ship after 9:30 around this time it seemed so much easier since we had a routine down from last time getting in. We really wanted to focus on seeing some new areas of the ship such as missed rooms, closets, etc and that we did accomplish. I played the piano in the ball room again I am improving from last time the cover on it was oddly tighter then last time. We took approximately 300 photos if not more all together tonight. We did our usual walkthrough to most of the areas we visited before the gift store, restaurants, kitchens and such and about 2 hours into our investigation we found a new area which seemed to be a storage area for pressure gadgets, tools, things of that sort I guess things got pretty intense when we heard a conversation up above I would like to think it was water hitting the sides but I heard a female and a male talking and a giggle. There is alot of odd noises that come along with the ship your creaks, wind blowing, banging of wood over some of the windows but from the first time we learned what to look for and not to look for. Also in this room I got a blast of ice cold air in the face and it moved very slow over to
Pete definitely something was in there. I feel very comfortable roaming around the inside of the ship unlike other areas however being watched I felt in 2 different areas one area
Pete went down a ladder into one of the fire room areas and I sat by myself in a very large area like a warehouse on the ship I heard a clink type of sound near by probably nothing but I felt pretty uncomfortable which is usually a sign something is close by. We explored many more areas and released a series of hatches leading to the depths of the ship. There is one area I checked out alone its a giant room with a very large tank in the middle, with 3 little rooms attached to it this room also made me feel uneasy it was more dark down there then the other rooms and seemed to have a room full of trashed supplies bath room tiles, goblets for drinking, just odds and ends. We then of course grabbed some
souvenirs like a layout of the ship booklet, I got 2 plates with the A and wings standing for Aquarama and just some little odds and ends to show I was there. We made our way outside eventually and the door we took outside was RIPPED off its hinges and set against a wall. Last time we were there keep in mind that door was sealed tightly so while on board I kept thinking about this. I know nobody else has been on board and if anybody was why would the door be torn off like it has and set nicely against a wall. So right there was a sign that something was not right. We then explored some of the snow covered decks we really did not need a flash it was like daylight out to a point. I did climb the smoke stack keep in mind that the ladder to this is like 50 feet up that was one of the highest ladders I have ever climbed and the higher I went I seemed to notice a change in the weather was not to fun so I made it almost up there so I could get a nice
Arial view of the decks from up above. We took alot of outside photos we wanted to make sure everybody could see what the decks look like from that high up it was a pretty site over looking the lake and bay almost like from a story book.
After awhile we made our way back inside to search for the legendary engine room. We were looking for the engine room door when by accident we found a wall with paintings on it it had a door like rectangle no door knob or anything of the sort but we managed to get it open and we found it a 4 story engine room. This probably was the highlight of our adventure. Since the engine room itself is so big lots of hall ways, stair wells, dark areas to explore. By then I was about out of photos and my flashlight died out when we got to the bottom of the engine room but luckily I had spare batteries in my bag I left at the entrance. The engine room was so interesting the generators, all the gages, switches,
Pete and I split up at times to cover more areas. There was one area in there that I entered with a chair near a tank of some kind. This seemed to be the darkest area just imagine something that looks like a boiler room only 4 floors of it with maze like isles it was pretty interesting. We then worked our way out of the steep stairs winding all the way up like a tower and headed out to put a close on our 6 hour investigation. We had a nice time. The good thing about going twice to this ship is we were able to find new areas we actually found at least 5-6 new unseen areas on that ship 3 of the areas were fire rooms those type of rooms hold large water tanks in case of a fire on board and one was a fuel tank room, then we found the
maintenance area, a storage area and the engine area so it was very interesting to be able to see what we missed and what changed since the last time we went there. I did leave the
micro cassette running in an area
Pete caught ectoplasm last time so far listening to it I hear nothing but a knocking sound. The photos for the ship will not be available for awhile I 6 rolls of film from it so I am pretty backed up. I will however share some of the digital photos if there is one of interest or just a few in the next couple days if they turn out ok I will take a look in the next few minutes at those. We will probably not be going back to this ship again till next year if ever its a snooze you lose type of adventure however
Pete and I are going to be checking out another ship in the area that is very large its a cargo ship though but still interesting. All in all I found the second time just as mild as the first time one thing about this place is that you got alot of happy spirits unlike an asylum where people were tormented for there mental illness. So more or less I felt as if
Pete and I were just being observed as we walk through the bowels of this ghost ship. We then closed the investigation by leaving and of course the car was stuck in snow Pete and I had to push our way out lol but this concludes our second part to the beautiful Aquarama
Bayliner.

More photography waiting on development!!!

It was a long, interesting night on the ship. As Rick said we
found many areas we had not been into on the last trip. The engine
room was huge! I took 103 digital Pics. No luck with any of them.
I guess all the spirits were too busy with Rick to pose for my
photos. Maybe something will show up on my other two rolls of film.
Their were quite a few areas with moving cold spots, and also
the "conversation" Rick and I heard. There is definitely some
activity on board.
After all the climbing and exercise we got last night (not to
mention pushing Rick's car) I'm pretty sore. But, it was the last
opportunity to get on board this beautiful vessel and I wasn't going
to miss it. In fact, I went with the worst toothache of my life
because I wouldn't miss it. I feel sorry for Rick, he had to listen
to me moan and complain about it all night.
It was a lot of fun and very interesting. I'm looking forward to
the 18th at the Castle.
By the way, I'm going to Rick's party and I'm bringing homemade
cookies. Hope to see everyone there.
Pete
