Pinehurst Cemetery sits in a very rural area its more of a country cemetery rather then a secluded one with a few houses surrounding it. The cemetery dates back to the late 1800s however most of the stones are from the early to mid 1900s. The cemetery is rather large and what is strange is that it contains many rolling hills something you do not see often in most Florida cemeteries.

This is also the most well taken care of cemeteries in the De Leon Springs area as the flowers are fresh, the air is sweet, many pine trees grow through out it and its a very friendly place with well over 1000 guest. What is the most noticeable thing here is at the main gates the brick pillars and rod iron sign.

But also what makes this place interesting is that many veterans are buried here from WWII, Vietnam, and the Korean War. Do they still watch over there stones I am sure of it. But as we walked around this place our first time you could feel a sense of peace unlike other cemeteries where there is unrest.

There is even one area on a hill with dozens of upper stone burials some with crosses on them, little fencing, and ceramic objects. So there is alot of peace and happiness here and I cannot wait to return a second time to work more with the entities. As one of our team members did see a ghost of an older lady watching us.
