The Old Wales Center Cemetery is located at the Wales Community Baptist church which was established in 1830. This cemetery is privately owned and almost every stone is either vandalized, old or broke and the ones still standing are tilted at an angle. The cemetery  dates back to 1792 according to some research I done and it is not very big. We have to assume its one of the older pioneer cemeteries in the town of Wales. This cemetery is so cold and it feels different then others. There is a giant tree stump in the cemetery probably a tree that is a couple hundred years old and seen history go by. I do not believe the cemetery is in use anymore and I do believe that if we visit here again we will get better results each time.
