The Nicol House is again another older house in the Deltona area. It actually was a ranch and appeared at one time to be a small farm perhaps for citrus and maybe some cows. The bar and tool shed are falling apart but most of the tools still remain like old bicycle wheels, hammers, car parts etc.

The ranch style home made out of wood is completely falling apart this is probably why it was abandoned. There is an above ground pool, a front porch and a back patio with a clothes line and grill. It almost feels like home eh?

Not truthfully almost everything in the house remains the bed, a desk with knickknacks, weight training gym, pots and pans. The list just goes on and on. Whoever lived here was a big sports fanatic more then likely due to all the different types of equipment we found.

What caused these people just to up and leave everything. I love cases like this cause there is some mystery to it. The house does not appear to even be touched except by weather only. You have a blender for example sitting in the middle of the floor or a dress hanging in the closet.

It appears the house was a place for a younger crowd who seemed to like to party although one of the desk I searched there were signs one of them was very religious. There was something lurking here what it was not sure but being felt watched here is not uncommon and the previous owner or resident had the last named Nicol hence the name of the home.
