Jumpers Bridge & Munitions Ruins is a nice little find. You will not find anything online about it or its location. There is not alot of history to the area either. But it does appear to be the location of ruins that go for a good half of mile on each side of this trail. The ruins sit up on hills, cliff sides, flat land etc some of them are hard to get. Adam told me that this was one giant structure at one time a factory that produced munitions for the war. When one of the men was fired or let go out of anger he came back blowing up the entire factory. Its possible I mean when you have that many explosives contained in such a small area the blast would be enough to throw rocks for over a mile. I was told hundreds died in the blast so the possibility of ghost here was very probable. There are signs of a blast that took place here. You have giant boulders and stones laying on there sides, sitting on top of other foundations, collapsing structures etc It was hard to get good photos as it was snowing and my camera broke halfway during the investigation. But I did a lot of exploring here. One structure had a giant 10 foot wall but there was no way inside that is just the type of place this was full of foundations with a story to tell. The trail led us to an open field where the grass had a circular pattern. Adam told me it was the place of a vortex and many UFO landings. Not sure if that's true but I did find it odd how the grass was pushed down yet was not broken at all like we were standing on a giant crop circle. Nearby is a bridge its a couple hundred feet up and Adam told me that before they had a fence people would jump off it. He said there was a lot of suicides and he showed me the spot where most of the bodies would land. There was signs of spray paint on the bridges columns. The cliffs that run along the side of the trail are said to hold caverns. I wish I had more time in NJ I would have loved to come back during the day just to explore further. It was a nice find I will give him that much but their is a time and place for certain sorts of investigations and during a snow storm this was not exactly the type of place you want to be climbing around in. I did what I could and brought back a few photos before my camera stopped working. © By Lord Rick
