The Clarendon Hills is what it is an area full of woods and logging roads that goes on for miles overlooking the town below. This in my opinion is another weird area and very secluded cause nobody really goes up here its not a tourist site or anything. It is what it is a dirt road branching off into more dirt roads with alot of rough terrain.

Right now its an area with alot of strange screams in the night some say they sound chilling and like a large creature. The story of the area goes that there was at one time a younger bigfoot that roamed these hills. Dr Vig was told this only to be awakened by one of these creatures reaching into his cooler grabbing some food.

He said the creature had a very calm look on its face as if to say hey I am hungry and I am not going to cause you any harm. He said his friend next to him would not wake up its as if the creature is able to put people in a paralyzing state. So perhaps this is why we cannot catch this creature maybe it has metaphysical abilities.

The area also is known to have a pit which has no end to it call it hell or call it just one hell of a cavern. But he told me a story about a guy he knows dropping 300 feet of rope down the hole and it still did not touch the bottom. If I had more time or was living in the area I would have someone wench me into the pit and explore what is down here.

I have heard a story about some men who once worked on an oil well back here and all three were armed. Their reasoning was that they were aware something was in these woods and felt that you do not go back here without being armed. To be so scared of such a beautiful place says something.

Today the hills are not what they use to be alot of oil wells, logging, and new roads are being added. Which is my opinion is going to push any kind of bigfoot activity deeper back into the woods.
