The Alden Water well sits in a very eerie wooded area far back down a service road. Ryan introduced us to this area and thought it was worth looking into due to a story about a man who hung himself back in the early 1960s. The man was not found for a few days that in itself is enough to make your spine tingle. This water well provides the locals with clean water and along the well is a creek with some rapids so at night you hear the ghostly sounds of water flowing.

Who would ever think that a water well is haunted. Ryan use to cut the grass here and the area is very well fenced in with barb wire but equally I found the whole area to be haunted as I caught something in every area. Perhaps the area is a lot older then we thought as in the woods is an old stone foundation or rather what is left of one. So maybe at one time a family once lived in the woods. We may never know.

Moving cold spots, feelings of being watched, and some discomfort loom about in the air.  You can feel something is not right about this place. The ironic thing is that you look at the nice homes surrounding the water well and people going on about there lives but the one thing that has been forgotten is the lonely spirits who sit by the creek on a moonlit night, or walk the woods and watching as others dare to walk its service road.
