Subj: [ParanormalGhostSociety] Last Nights Investigation Report......   Date: 10/12/2003 10:01:26 AM Eastern Daylight Time  From: AngelOfThyNight@aol.com  To: ParanormalBuffalo@yahoogroups.com , paranormalghostsociety@yahoogroups.com  Akron Falls Park & Shelter #9 When you read a little on the history of this place you will understand why I chose to investigate this place. We left the cemetery and headed off to the park of course a bored cop followed us around town then parked behind me and was watching us like we were criminals lol eventually I must had been to boring for them so they took off then we headed off hiking into the woods. We entered and crossed murder creek and walked about 200 hundred feet and something along the creek bed seemed to be walking with us as you could hear rustling of the leaves, then a thump, a bang and then we arrived to a trail with thick woods and at this point I felt watched and followed. It was not a bad feeling but we also knew we were not alone could it have been the child who died their? The Indian woman and her lover  that were murdered? Or Indians of the past who lived along the creek? MAYBE either way I knew we were not alone. We walked down the dark trail and reach the first set of falls and the tunnel. The tunnel was cooler Ryan did not like it and I would have to agree. I always feel something in the tunnel but I didn't get anything on film in the tunnel area itself but it had a different feel to it at night. We hiked along the lake and up a steep road by this time fog was covering some of the lake it was pretty in the moonlight. We walked up the dark road and headed past the rangers house and down a closed road which is where shelter #9 is located. The abandoned road was quite dark and steep as moonlight did not even reach through here. We managed to get down to the abandoned picnic shelter. There were no problems or uneasy feelings except the fact I heard a mumble and it did feel different here. Very dark and their were a lot of beer cans and such. The roof of the shelter had multiple holes in it like a meteor came crashing through as you could see 12 inch puncture marks like something pushed its way through. We spent a little time here we did not see the ghost hovering without the 2 legs but I did feel uneasy back here.  We hiked farther past the shelter down a very thick and steep trail. We worked our way along the creek and the ravine nearby kept getting steeper till we reached the second set of falls which also have some haunted significance I am sure. Ryan and myself climbed the stone wall and went down a very steep slope till we reached a bank with the falls seeping into a small little pond or lake like area surrounded by high cliffs. I really enjoyed it here but my mind kept wandering about imagining a Sasquatch or a family of them sitting on the rocks drinking the fresh water or if the ghost of the people who died diving here still were haunting this area. We seen nothing but their was something I caught on film that looks like a sinister face but it could be a rock that has formed that way so we have to assume the park has some kind of energy as if everything is connected somehow.  We started to head back to up the trail, past shelter #9, up the steep road and onto one of the main roads. We were walking an a car came speeding down the wooded road all of us dived down a hill it was a close call despite my feet were dangling over a cliff and I almost went down the ravine which would not have been good. But we dusted ourselves off and walked the road and the car turned around and was looking for us it was not a cop just somebody who thought they seen 3 ghost jumping near a cliff lol but the person came around again we hid behind some trees it was intense. We worked our way back past the first set of falls and almost out of the park when Ryan and I were looking towards a swing set and slide and see a white blur which to me looked like a set of white legs walking then it faded out. Both of us seen it and didn't say anything till Ryan seen me staring pretty hard then he told me what he seen. At this point we knew it was an apparition which excited me to know we seen something.  About 10 seconds later we heard a cling like something banged on the slide or a bar on one of the swings and things became quite active. We left the area as we did not want to overstay our welcome and wrapped up this haunted park. Then we headed off to the very haunted Ransom Farms for a second investigation.
