13 Curves
At this point I made my way down the haunted road which goes for a few miles. The area I wanted to focus on was a wooded part of the road where its so curvy you cannot even see the road up ahead. The snow was getting bad at this point it was a snow storm coming down very fast and hard. I ended up starting my one mile walk threw a series of curves leaving the car out of site in no time. At this point I was just excited to try and see the lady which is said to haunt the road.
I at first did not see any ectoplasm let alone the first curve was calm and quiet. I heard the trickling of the creek nearby. I did not notice anything ordinary but there was some movement up above me by one of the cliffs as if something was working its way down the steep slope. Shining my spotlight revealed nothing. At this point I had to be careful of vehicles on the road. At one time a car went by I sat in the
snow bank as they went by and they sped off even faster as if they seen a ghost. Do I look like a ghost at night? Well some of my hair is white so who knows but it sure was fun to put a little scare on some faces.
I seemed to not have much luck till a few times I turned around and snapped a photo of something following me. I believe it was the lady that haunts the road. But easily in the flash I could see the manifestations creeping up behind me. I at one point was surrounded by cold spots as this one area was much cooler and not the cold you get from winter but a cold source. I ended up almost getting to the end of all them devilish curves and to a straight away. Turning around seen headlights which revealed about 400 feet away a figure cross in front of them. I seen it with my own eyes it had a human shape was misty white and just crossed rather quickly. Being it was so far I got a 2 second glimpse of it.
The road turned out to be quite interesting I felt watched and I also seemed to get the ectoplasm whenever I talked about the tragedy that took place on the road. I even had some guy pull up near me and ask me if I was okay you would think the camera flashes would have said
ghost buster coming threw. But perhaps alot of the locals aren't aware of the ghost stories that surround the road. I did after this head off to my final destination which is the very large Woodlawn Cemetery.
