Lee

Lee is no longer with us. I like Lee he is a good guy but over the months he has became sidetracked do not know if its who he is hanging with or what has happened to him. I wish that he would remain on the team but the problem is that quite a few times he has not shown for investigations and lied about it. Sometimes when people get involved with something they start to lose heart. But how do you handle somebody who is 2 hours late for every investigation, is a no call no show multiple times, and half of the time does not contribute. I have not received a report, photos, EVP in months from him yet he is the teams demonologist. I have nothing bad to say about him he is knowledgeable but despite our long talks about the rules he did not respect them when it came to showing for investigations. Sometimes I would sit here for 3 hours waiting and he just would not show then I would drive to his house see him smoking up with the other guys. Lee blames me for having his Jeep stuck on an investigation and currently thinks I am a poor leader because I gave the order for him to drive on a dirt road to avoid some guy that was chasing us in the woods. I took the safest route and his vehicle broke down. I did tell him to let it cool down and he just kept pushing it and pushing it which led to it seizing up on him. He quite voluntarily and I must say shit happens in life I mean we all break down and not every investigation will go your way deal with it. He is angry at me because he was stranded on cape Canaveral and feels that I should have provided him with bug spray. The problem is that my investigators keep talking about how I should provide them with equipment, supplies etc but what has anybody ever contributed. My investigators hardly ever paid gas, researched any haunted spots, purchased any equipment for their own use, let alone even brought anything to any of the parties such as even chairs. It is ashamed he feels I am not a good leader cause honestly I have taken him to at least 80 places and have always looked out for his safety. Sometimes in life things happen for a reason we must learn to over come these trials and tribulations quitting the team does not solve anything nor does complaining on what I did not provide you with. We cannot help the inevitable mosquito's bite, feet get sore when getting stranded, and jeeps break down Lee. But everything involves risk if you want to see bigfoot or a UFO you will have to make sacrifices. When you are ready to rejoin our team please get in touch with me cause really you are a good investigator but you are going to have to learn to be more responsible. It is not my fault we got stranded in the woods we cannot control vehicles breaking down or the fact that some man chased us in the woods. My job is your safety not to encounter strangers in the woods. 

Demonologist are those who are interested and experienced in the study of demons. We need someone who focuses mainly on demons themselves. Someone who knows how to protect the group from them, banish them, take photos of them, things of that sort. Demonologist should know how to cleanse, exorcise and should have a better understanding of them then a ghost investigator.
